Laguna Balos to jedne z piękniejszych miejsc na całej Krecie. Dotrzeć tam można na dwa sposoby, albo samochodem albo promem z portu w miejscowości Kissamos. Osobiście polecam pierwsza opcję czyli dojazd samochodem. Najpierw jedziemy ok 10 km z Kissamos do parkingu, który znajduje się pośrodku niczego, gdzie musimy zostawić samochód. Droga samochodem prawie cały czas prowadzi ostro pod górę, widoki są piękne jednak małym samochodem bez napędu na 4 koła jest dość ciężko i niebezpiecznie. Polecam wypożyczenie małego terenowego autka, które doskonale poradzi sobie na takiej trasie.Balos lagoon is one of the most beautiful places on the whole island. There are two ways to get there, either by car or by taking a ferry from Kissamos. Personally I recommend 1st option, travelling by car. Journey starts with 10 km ride from Kissmos to a parking lot in the middle of nowhere. You have to leave your car there. Road goes uphill all of the time, but it gives you unique opportunity to enjoy the scenery. Useful hint, when renting a car, make sure to get all wheel drive. Otherwise it will be very difficult and dangerous to reach the top. I recommend getting small 4wd car, perfect for hilly roads
